Most accounts post because "we have to post". The result is a lot of content with little impact. A monthly plan solves this in a single sitting.
Step 1: set one goal for the month
Just one: awareness, messages, or sales. An account chasing three goals in one month achieves none of them.
Step 2: split content 40/30/30
- 40% value: information or advice that helps even if they never buy.
- 30% trust: testimonials, behind the scenes, your team, credentials.
- 30% offer: product, price, promotion, a clear call to action.
Step 3: collect your customers' real questions
Open last month's messages and write down the ten most repeated questions. Each one is a ready-made post — the easiest content to make and the most useful.
Step 4: fix weekly recurring formats
For example: Sunday Q&A, Tuesday product, Thursday behind the scenes. Consistency relieves your team and trains your audience.
Step 5: produce designs in one batch
Designing twelve posts in one session is faster and far more consistent than designing one every other day. The same applies to shooting.
To start simply: write just eight ideas this month and execute them well. Better than twenty ideas where half never ship.
And what should you measure?
Not followers. Measure saves and shares, inbound messages, and clicks to your site. Those are the numbers that translate into sales.
